I get delivery a lot and they are on time. Food is is good and hot

Good food. But they charged us for drinks separate from the kids meals, because we assumed we would use the advertised substitution to get the frozen yogurt after dinner. In addition to the kids meals description, there are big pictures of frozen yogurt on their digital signs and three big machines right next to the drinks. When we went to get the frozen yogurts, we were informed the machines had been "out of service" for a year. No signs, still advertised. Not cool with kids. Either "fix" the machines or remove them or at least put signs on them and don't charge for the kids drinks.

Delicious! I tried the new zucchini and asparagus with lemon sauce, I loved it! And for my kids spaghetti and meatball with a side of broccoli and apple sauce.. Everything was tasting good, and they also said that if I didnt like something, I could ask for something different.. But I liked it! Service was good and fast!

I have eaten in, ordered carry out and also have gotten delivery several times. This place never disappoints. I have ordered several different types of chicken, lo mein, soup and crab Rangoon. It’s my favorite Chinese place in the area.

It's one of the hidden gems in Columbus. Food was way better than other restaurants and the price is very reasonable. We ordered the house special lo mein and fried rice and i can recommend them enough. It's so good and i think i have found my favorite restaurant in town.

Great food and fast service.

I’ve called four times this evening and three of the times I was just simply picked up and hung up on. The other time no one answered. 5 o’clock in the evening

Delicious food at a great price. Pretty good amount of seating. This restaurant also does take out and delivery (which is pretty handy). Staff are able to answer questions fairly easily about the contents of each dish (and whether you can alter it). Great place for lunch or dinner. I've been there many times and have always had a good experience.

The food was really tasty. My only complaint would be the lo mein had a unpleasant smell but it still tasted good.

Solid Chinese food. I always get the general Tso's chicken and never had any complaints. A fact that made my heart forever glad: GENERAL TSO WAS A REAL PERSON. I will forever be glad that he has provided this world with such wonderful deliciousness.

Good and affordable lunch special

Gal is always so friendly and polite. Love there food but it's not been very warm the last couple times eating there. This time General Tso was the same way. Was like warm. Crab Ragoo was awesome! I'll try one more time. I feel like I live in that place as much as i eat there but I'm tired of cold food. I'm afraid of getting food poisoning.

$12 overall for Pineapple Chicken with Fried rice (they charge extra for fried rice). Only ate maybe 5 decent bites before everything else was just grissle. It was so gross I couldnt eat it and ended up throwing it away.

This place is clean with nice Asian decor and the staff is friendly. The food is very good with the rice cooked perfectly! They have both Japanese and Chinese entrees with sushi that is reasonably priced. This is one of the few Asian restaurants I would recommend trying out.

Starting to feel like theyre serving leftover food. Huge clumps of mushy rice (rice taste like a plastic container somewhat). Sweet and sour chicken these last couple times are either overcooked or old. Dry and chewy. Also couple months back a friend of mine ordered and got us both an order of crab ragoon. Nothing but cream cheese and onions. We kept both orders and called and complain and i was told there was little to no crab in it. We tried to give it back to get the money back but they refused. They mess up orders sometimes fine but they NEVER replace it. Just give you discounts to ensure you order again to use it. Last yime ordering was last night. Food doesn't satisfy me at all anymore.

Used to have great food and service. Seems to be going downhill lately. Today we had food delivered to our office and it was the unappetizing bits of chicken (veiny fat) and had no sauce, which meant zero flavor. (ordered bourbon chicken) When we called to inquire we were told "It doesn't come with sauce. If it had sauce it would be too salty. Too bad."Last time we will be ordering from here for a while.

Been here a couple times and it is so good! Its thr best Chinese Restaurant in Columbus! It's made to order and tastes wonderful and it is so fresh! Love it! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Very plain inside but its very authentic Asian cuisine. Actually smelled like something was burning when I walked in today.

Was my favorite place in town recently been disappointed twice my order was wrong and a 3rd time noodles were way uncooked hope it improves not going back for a while though

Absolutely love this restaurant! Best chinese food in town and great prices. Ate there over 20 times and not once had a bad experience!

After waiting OVER AN HOUR for my delivery, part of the order was incorrect. I called, the manager argued with me about it then said they would bring my order but needed the old one. I kind of wanted to eat the noodles that came with my order(that part was correct) but it was in the same container so I said ok fine, whatever. So here I am, still super hungry and I ask if its going to be another hour. She says "yes" and super rude and sarcastic. Horrible customer service and wait time. I am in the food service industry and we would NEVER treat a guest that way!!its my business for good and I will be sure to tell others about my experience.

Last few times sweet n sour chicken has been over cooked. Most of the time It's perfect and delicious!

They forgot to give us a meal in a to-go order and when I called to try and fix it. They refused to make good on what I paid for until I said I would dispute the charges.

My husband and I get food here usually once a week. It's always good and when you could go in to the restaurant they were very nice and friendly but since they have opened back up not nearly as friendly and the process is so rushed and they come off as rude. Today I was told that you always come here so I know what you get and rudely said to me. You think they would appreciate return customers. I said if you're going to be hateful I can take my business elsewhere. No apology at all. I know they are busy and it is run differently now but that is no reason to treat your customers poorly. Don't know about coming here anymore especially every week. Will have to think about it.

Absolutely delicious, fresh food. And wonderful people. My husband and I drive 35 miles each way to eat here!

I ordered a meal an when I got home it wasn't what I thought it'd be, so I took it back with receipt an they made it right for me. Great food, nice manager. Crab ragoon out of this world, the best

Fabulous Crab Rangoon! Should count as dessert. Our 5 year old says "Best white rice ever!" We all had orange chicken and would order again! Definite recommend to anyone!

Love this place! Such a friendly staff. The owner is really nice and funny. Quick delivery as well. The food is amazing, must try the crab rangoon, and very well priced! You get plenty of food for your money and it is well worth it. If you haven't tried this place... What are you waiting for?! It's a must try! Go! Go now! No, like now... What are you waiting for?! Excellent food, great quantities, and a fantastic business model adaptation to the current situation.

Got our order wrong...my 5yo's order no less. Smart@ss driver acted appalled that I wanted him to bring back the correct order. Called the restaurant and they told me I could come pick it up if I wanted it faster. Really? He did, 80 minutes later. Ended up feeding my little one something completely different than the thing he was excited to eat. Probably a 1 off experience...but bad enough for me to never order from there again.

Very friendly management and staff. Always welcomed with a smile. Food is very good and reasonably priced lunch specials. Good variety on the menu. Try the Spicy Mayo Chicken with Fried Rice. Soups are good and crab Rangoon is excellent!

Always great food when we frequent this establishment!!! I don’t have a bad thing to say except I wish they would deliver to my house but I’m about a mile out of their delivery radius!!! Highly recommend them!!!
